Helix Ultimate template not working

What steps should I follow to ensure that my Helix Framework and Helix Ultimate Template are compatible with Joomla 3.x, considering that 3.x is no longer supported?

Welcome to the Joomla forum!

The latest version of Helix Ultimate, 2.1.1, was released on 17 May, 2024. According to its description, it is compatible with Joomla 3, 4 and 5.

The recommended version of PHP for Joomla 3.10.12 is PHP 8.0, which had its End-Of-Life last year. Many hosting companies have already retired PHP 8.0, supporting only PHP 8.2 and later versions, where one cannot install or run Joomla 3. Third party extensions that were developed for early versions of Joomla 3 and not updated, will have difficulties in running even in PHP 8.0.

While 3.10.x is still under its Extended Long Term support (ELTS) plan, that ends in February 2025. The extended support is a paid plan, put in place following 3.10's end of official support (see https://elts.joomla.org)
