free temolate for a small hotel / B&B

I want to mke a smll website for my little B&B. I already saw garvick, which is not really a design I like. I would like a design which is more ctive. Tht means like chnging pictures from my B&B on startpage. A little bit like at booking.com
Any idea for a small and easy template?

I did not install joomla on my server yet but when I do this I will use the most reacent version.

Have you got much experience of customising a template? If not then you might consider finding a guy to do that part for you. Especially if it is free there will be limits to what you can achieve.

Tips: Keep your site very simple. Use Facebook and twitter for messaging could be easier than email form. Just make sure your website has a few pages that show your BandB. Be realistic what a website costs and you can get a good one.
