Looking for Templates with fixed top menu even on mobile

Sorry for the Joomla noob question but most of the templates I am finding scroll the company logo and menu off the page on scrolling, even the ones that have a fixed top menu in desktop size, lose it in responsive mobile format.

I really would like a well featured mainstream template that retains the menu at the top and the company logo on scrolling and in mobile format (obviously the menu can collapse to hamburger as the screen size reduces so long as it doesnt disappear off the top of the screen.

Templates such as Purity III and Simpli has the feature you are looking for. Good news is that both of them are free.
