Setting Page Header Container the Same Width as Title

I have a page with multiple articles. Each article has a different title, with variable widths. I am looking to use the page-header class to wrap the title with a background and a border. However I have yet to find a solution for this; the page-header scans 100%.

Can anyone recommend a solution to ensure the page-header matches the width of the text of the title?
