Template changes

So I tried to make some changes to the template I'm using on my site, simly just wanted to align the menu items to the right. But as I made the changes in the template, I didn't see the changes on my site so I tried to change it in other ways. Until I realised that the changes I made in the first place were good and I had to clear my browsers cache to see the results.
Unfortunatelly when I made the modifications I also made changes to my template costumization page. Now everything is aligned to the right, and when I open one of the folders it's content extends underneath the other files so I can't even click on them. It only happens to this one template, but completly removing and reinstalling the template won't help either.
Any idea on what to do would be appreciated.
