Post by Dantergy » Sat Jun 23, 2018 9:11 pm

Hello! i clicked by mistake the button "Import content from template" and it removed all the changes in the frontend (Removed all the blogs, styles, etc...), is there a way to restore my changes?

Did you have a backup of the website that you made before you clicked the "button"?

The website was created by another person, and he didn't set up automatic backups in the hosting, and i don't see backups in joomla

How else would you like to "restore the changes" if you do not have a backup of the site? ??? I do not know how to restore significant changes (such as content loss) except by going back to using a previously-made backup. It depends, of course, on what you've lost. If "another person" built this site for you, I would ask them what they might suggest. :)

Ask your Host if they will 'roll back' the server. fyi https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/akeeba-backup/

Let's be more exact, you mean you had a site with its own template, then you decided to install a new template and while installation of the new template you clicked import content and now your site with the other template is gone? it is not logical!
Also once I thought I lost a site and I found most of its files in the browser cache, you may check your browser cache too.
