Blank site - with error message

Hi. My Joomla-site has suddenly gone corrupt and shows only this error message:

Can anyone help me please to understand the meaning of the message, and maybe point me to a solution (other than to reinstall everything).

It means your error.php in the default front end template is from a Joomla 1.5 creation and it is looking for a head.php file which has long been obsolete.

You can simply delete the error.php file and Joomla will use the core file from the system directory.
