RTL and 3.9.10 Update

Hi,

I have a Right-To-Left website with menus on the right and, the logo aligned to the right, too.

Now I have upgraded to 3.9.10 (from 3.9.8) and everything is aligned to the left.
I did not change any settings and, the menus, logo and content are all aligned to the left.

How do I put it back to RTL?
I use rhuk-milkyway3 from marocjoomla.com

I hope it is easy to solve.
