Extra <script type="text/javascript"> in my site

When I check my site with google rich results test with adress https://search.google.com/test/rich-results I have an error like this
Not all markup is eligible for rich results
Structured data parsing errors
Incorrect value type

When I check I see I have a code like this
<script type="application/ld+json">

</script>
and this caused error.
My template is shaper helix and the page address is
[redacted]

Can any one help me how to solve this problem?
