Hi to all,
I ask for your help to understand or find information to create a template for joomla 3.9 so WYSIWYG with some software. Unfortunately I am not a developer and I am not able to independently write a theme for this CSM. Could you help me in any way?

Well, I only know about one builder or template creator, it's called Template Toaster, but you need to know that is not the best code in the end product.

We also have other kind of solution called "template framework", like SP Page Builder, or JA Builder or YooTheme Pro or Quix.... take a quick look before if any of these tools meet your requirements.
