problem with joomla article layout

Hello ,


i have a simple but annoying problem , i can not seem to be able to remove two rows or columns or i dont know what they call them ; i am talking about this ( see at the screenshot Image ) in joomla article , how can i remove them both top and bottom and have a blank page .

Any help would be highly appreciated

Right click and inspect element. That should give you a clue as to the reason. Or post a link to the page.

i found this code , when i remove it on DEV-TOOLS in GOOGLE CHROME

when i removed it ( them / there are the same code twice ) and the two lines disappear

please advise , it really stresses me out this issue
