I am looking for a template with SEO ready. It's that possible on joomla? My client already write articles on a news radio website and that website it's old and maked in Joomla.
I think that's why he doesn't want wordpress.

Templates have nothing to do with SEO; these two areas are completely unrelated. SEO relates to how content is indexed by search engines; templates control how that content is displayed by the browser.

Joomla! is a CMS; Wordpress is a CMS. The choice of CMS does not affect SEO. The choice of CMS affects the mechanism that's used to display the website content (e.g. templates for J! or themes for Wordpress). Different horse for different courses.

There are hundreds of thousands of pre-built templates for J!. If you want someone to design a custom template there are many freelance software developers who could do that (see https://community.joomla.org/service-pr ... pment.html).
