Why you say that a Joomla (!) php-mailer file is initiating spam? I have never heard of such thing. Where you base your question on?

Sidenote: Did you see that your session path is not writable? That should be set by your host

I've installed and used the free "Website Antivirus Scanner for Joomla" component, only with negative experiences!

The software is designed with the obvious purpose of scaring the user and making him purchase the premium service!

Attention: this component detected the presence of malware where there was absolutely none!

I've performed several checks using different scanners, with all negative results (only "Website Antivirus Scanner for Joomla" give me a positive result!)
