lots of junk links on my home page?

I discovered the links on the attached screengrab when reviewing my site on tools.pingdom.com but I can't see where they are to remove them - I've updated to the latest 3x joomla and run rsfirewall (latest version) but it comes up with errors.

I've reviewed my index.php page in Safari/Develop/show source and don't see any of the links shown in the attached.

Any suggestions?

I can't find that code on your site, although there is something similar

It seems to be adware. If you didn't put it there, and it is not in your site template, it could be in an extension. I suggest checking any extensions you have installed recently.

You could also run the forum post assistant and post the results here.
