Front end of Joomla site not showing

Hi,
I'm having problems with two of my sites:
geppemonros.com: got a virus and the front and back end of site couldn't be accessed. (probably due to Joomla having not been updated) GoDaddy worked on it remove virus, malware etc.Said it's ok but still not working. I've restored an old akeeba backup but still nothing. The back up is old php and old joomla. Is this the problem? What is the solution?
juliaclay.com: I can access back end but nothing showing on front end. All was fine until geppemonros.com got a virus and GoDaddy put antivirus everything (they're in same hosting package). I've also restored an akeeba backup here but you can still only see back end. this has more recent php and joomla versions. What is the solution?

I am really panicing as there is so much work put into both sites and we don't want to loose them. All help really, really appreciated. Thank you.

juliaclay.com: The site shows using the Protostar template. There is a problem with the Random Image Module in Joomla 3.8.8. Have you upgraded?

So one more GoDaddy victim.... You need professional help. I suggest you go to myjoomla.com and run a scan. The first scan for one site is free. Phil Taylor is a super pro and specialized in security. For not too much money he will be able to assist you. Others are available as well.

Just one question. You can login normal http://juliaclay.com/administrator/ ? Does the admin panel looks normal?

Sorry for slow reply. I've been away.
Yes the admin panel does look normal.
When you say I'm another Godaddy victim. Is it common.
I'll have a look at myjoomla.com now.
