In search of a simple extension for the download of digital products

I've tried Digicom. It's a mess, practically abandoned.

Can someone point me to another extension to download paid digital products?

The solution obviously depends on one's interpretation of the term "simple" but here's where I would start looking: https://extensions.joomla.org/instant-s ... D=download.

Again, obviously, there are some good options here and some extensions that may not be ideal for one's purposes. I wrote my own extension because I wasn't happy with the extensions that I found on the JED. Good luck.
