JCE issue when copy & pasting from note pad

When I try to copy and pasting a few characters from note pad to page by JCE, the editing page movs down.
Normally the page not move. It is difficult to use for editing pages.
I think this is a bug on JCE. Please fix it asap.

Joomla 3.10.11
JCE pro 2.9.32

Possible bugs in JCE, a third party extension, should be reported directly to the developer. You have the Pro version that comes with support.

I don't see any such problems copying plain text into JCE from Notepad for basic copy-pasting, it works as expected.
