Active Campaign integration

I have set up the Joomla/Active Campaign integration and it's correctly creating new contacts in AC but it's not adding them to a list so I can't trigger any automations. I logged a ticket with AC and they referred me to Joomla as it's not an AC native integration. Has anyone had this problem before and are there any suggestions as to how I can fix it?

I've tried different lists and creating a new list but no luck.

Is Active Campaign or its integration a Joomla extension? Is it not in the Joomla Extensions Directory (JED)?

Sorry, I just assumed. I uploaded the file as an extension and it appears in the extension list but I downloaded the file from Active Campaign, not the JED. So....not sure.

The Active Campaign website refers to Joomla in the article Joomla Integration. The article has a download link for the component but it also mentions that the component works only in Joomla 3.8.0. Joomla 3.8 was was released in 2017.

Are you sure your website uses Joomla 4 because the Active Campaign component is not compatible with Joomla 4?

Hello to everyone,

We would like to know, if finally there is a way in order tu integrate Joomla 4 with Active Campaign.

As far as I know, the last version of the plugIn is 3,8 (https://help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-u ... ntegration)

Do you know if there is some other way or plugIn that can be usefull in order to get the integration with ActiveCampaign and Joomla4??
