Contact forms not sending emails

I tried to use some Joomla extensions, like RS Form, Flexi Contact, and Creative Contact Form. But none of sending emails to check that contact form email as admin. I'm using Joomla! 3.9.18. Please let me know what can be the reason for that.

Does the form have an option 'Custom Reply'? Turn that off. It has helped others whose contact emails were not sent.

No, there has not been that option activated on my contact form, you can check the form here https://elandevnz.com/joomtest/contact
Do you think the issue can be with Joomla 3, and we need to upgrade it?

That form extension is Flexi Contact. Check their instructions and contact the developer.

The Joomla 3 contact form works all right and sends emails. Does your website normally send emails, for example when you press 'Send Test Email' in the Server tab of the Global Configuration?
