Joomla classifieds registration not working anymore

Hi all, I'm new here.

Since few days, the registration is not working anymore but it's very weird as I checked users and today and yesterday, few users registered.

At the same time got few emails saying that they can't register....so I tried myself and something is not right. Basically when I try to register and click the recaptcha, it turns forever and never able to register.

If I skip the recaptcha or click "save" while recaptcha is turning, it goes to a page with a big 0 https://prnt.sc/O5C-m5TfDAM9

All this happened out of nowhere without changing any settings.

Login page played a bit but seems to be stable.

Check your Recaptcha settings? Are you using a Recaptcha (Google) that is supported?

Does it work with the default template (Protostar)? That "big zero" page is not an error page coming from Joomla with the default template, it is generated by whatever template you're using.

It would be helpful to us if you could generate the FPA report and post it to this thread. See https://forumpostassistant.github.io/docs/ for instructions.

Will just mention you posted on J3 forum, noting that J3 reached end of life two months ago.

The error message "count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given" suggests using an extension that is not compatible with the version of PHP used by the website. It is probable that a version of PHP higher than PHP 7.2 is in use.

Hi, I checked the settings and they are same as is always been. I tried prostar and and breeze too and the page only mention the site title with the rest blank.

I have to check how to do this FPA report.

Hi has been at 7.1 as when set like that, messaging works better and all was well. The registration error happened out of nowhere while still at 7.1 then to try to solve it i tried the latest up to 8.1 and didn't solve anything. Still get the recaptcha spinning forever.

I registered there was no captcha
