Membership Pro questions

Hello, I would like to ask for your help. I created a new item on the Subscription Plans interface, but it is not showing up on the website. What could be the problem?
My other question is: Under the Custom Fields menu, the developer created an option where if someone wants to purchase the full package on the website, it automatically switches to the amount of the full package with a checkbox. However, since the modules have different prices, we would need multiple such amounts, but I don't know how to link them to the customer interface.

Have you contacted the developer of that extension?
They know a lot more about all its features.
And they are known to respond quickly to queries.
