How to remove TinyMCE Warning in Joomla 3.7

TinyMCE places a warning message on many Admin pages in Joomla 3.7:

Warning
The TinyMCE Editor Plugin has been updated. Currently it uses your existing configuration. By editing the plugin, you can now assign and customise various layouts to specific user groups.

This is a known issue in Github
The solution is to open the TinyMCE plugin and save it. Then the warning message will go away. You do not have to make any changes to TinyMCE unless you want to.
