Cannot copy images or install extensions on Joomla 3.

I downloaded and installed current Joomla 3.7.4 Stable in web folder

tmp , log and cache directory set to writable in system info (permissions 777)

1 - I cannot upload images using media
2 - I cannot install extensions
3 - Warning in extension/manage show The PHP temporary folder is not set

JFolder::create: Could not create folder.Path: /home/mydomain/domains/
Aborting language installation: Failed to create folder [/home/minesec/domains/]
Package Install: There was an error installing an extension:

This is your problem: WebServer to PHP Interface apache2handler

Use fcgi or SuPhp.

Set files 644 and folders 755.

You also have to fix the php temp folder on the server.
