i have got easysocial and i created an articale in which i added the joomla contact form.
As you can see in the attached image, I got Contact Us and Contact Form as the header. How can i change the Contact Form text or remove it altogether?

Also, when i receive an email from the contact form it's in a really bad format, see below.

The string "Contact Form" comes from the following language string that is available in the file \language\en-GB\en-GB.com_contact.ini. You could change the language string's value by following the Language String Override technique as documented at Be informed that it is a language string of the Site (ie. location).

You have to edit the file contact.php that is located in the directory \components\com_contact\controllers. Being a core Joomla file, recommend not to change it as it may be overwritten by future releases of Joomla! However, if you decide to change it, suggest keeping the copies of the file before and after modification. These back-up files will come handy should the file change.
