"easy" order form -shop

They learned in my work that I had once made websites - more like a hobby and then just "hard" in the code (what would I do for the joomla). I manage to do the rest, but I just need a simple order form, which would only be sent to an email - something like here http://www.gth.cz/bbc-filadelfie/objednavka-formular I tried some (free) modules, but I have a problem with counting - autosum,..
I'll be grateful for the suggestions, thanks.
