Requirements - Not sure how to proceed with Joomla

Hi, I'm looking for suggestions on how to approach the following:

I'm required to build an autoadministrative site. The main requirement is the possibility to add an element with some custom fields. The custom fields are:
Name of tribune (text)
ID of demand (numeric)
Date (date)
Date of resolution (date)
State (text)
Demandant (text)
CUIT Demandant (numeric)
Defendant (text)
CUIT Defendant (numeric)
Details (text)
File (PDF file)

I was thinking in the frontend page to make visible only a few of this fields, and in the element 'details' page have everything visible. The thing is, I need to make a fully use of this custom fields to make them searchable (for example, search by a number of the 'CUIT Defendant' field).

So, I'm pretty unsure on how to proceed on this since I never used the Joomla search or smart search in a complex way, neither articles custom fields.
Option 1. I was thinking to use Joomla articles with custom fields and smart search to solve this but I don't know if it's possible.
Option 2. Try to go with this extension, and use it with Joomla custom fields too.
Option 3. Using something like Yootheme ZOO extension.
