Search by Precreated Tags

Hi,
sorry if this is not the right place to post my question.
An early "Thank'you" to everyone will answer me, with or without a solution, for the time he spent reading my post.

I'm trying to create a searching module/form by precreated tags.
I mean, i want a place where the users can select one or more tag the administrator has created (something like a quiz with multiple answers), without letting him (the users) write anything, and get as result all the pages/articles tagged with the tags he selected.

Are there any extension that can help me doing that?
Or, can you suggest me a way to create that?

Hi and thank'you for your answer!

I tried the menu type "list of all tags", and it shows all tags you can select to view tag-related articles.
But this is bound to the single tag.
I'm looking for something that let the user select multiple tags at the same time ...
