Auto change article access

Hi Chaps,
Is there a way to automatically change an articles access after a period of time. I would like some of my older artcles to be changed from registered to public after a year.

there is nothing in the core of joomla that will do that - perhaps there is an extension on the JED https://extensions.joomla.org
