Mailchimp pop up sign up form only appearing on Incognito mode. HELP PLEASE.

I created a pop up sign up from via Mailchimp and added it to a Custom HTML Advanced Module on the home page.

However, it only appears on Incognito mode and sometimes on mobile devices only.

What setting do I need to change?

Would appreciate any help and I would willingly give more information.

BTW, forgot to write that we didn't find out exactly what the problem was, but instead we ended with a pop-up solution from [ redacted ] on the site.

Thank you for replying mate. All browsers do not show the popup signup form, I'm afraid. Only by viewing the site in incognito mode will the popup show.

Confusingly, SOMETIMES, viewing the site on mobile devices on Chrome shows the popup form.

I am so stressed now, not knowing where to first start looking.

I get the pop-up on my computer (Chrome browser, not incognito). Did you try other computers than your own?

If you keep experiencing problems, perhaps you can consider a alternative solution like to the one we have on https://billig-billy.dk (bottom left corner - pops up after 5 secs inactivity).

Oh, so you were able to see the popup sign up form without going incognito?

How did you do the workaround for your site? Which settings did you change?

We use Sleeknote to make the popup on our site now.

On a normal browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) it doesn't appear. But on incognito/private mode, the popup appears as intended.

I am stumped on how to fix this.
