Error Message Help for Novice

Hi guys

I have no way to go to resolve this, so do help if you can

I am using Joomla 3.8.7 and has SP Simple portfolio v1.6 with Helix 3 template v2.4. Before these various upgrade my website has no error message. But since the updates i get the following errors when i move into the SP Simple portfilio.

I know this may be out of the scope of this forum but this my desperate only way to get help to learn from masters. I wish i know enough to understand the error so that i can start to fix it.

You need to update the helix template framework - you state you have v2.4 and the current release is 2.5.3

Brian thanks for picking up. I actually tried ie i did installed 2.5.3 but even so same error

these are all errors related to your template and the addons that came with it

In fact in another web page once i switch to Helix 3,5.3 (from 2.4 the error which did not occur with 2.4, following error appears

I just downloaded the latest 19 Apr 2018 for v 2.5.3 template 1.9M, still same error I think

Yes Brian, I just redo the update for the latest being v1.6 dd 10 Feb2018, same error message.

Brian what i did thereafter is to install Helix Ultimate and replace Helix 3; the problem did not appear with Ultimate. Any views on this since you seem to have good experience sp products.

Should i switch template?


Of course i have to sort out the layout etc with the new template.
