Update Error for SP Page Builder

Hi, I can not update the SP Page Builder from 3.0.1 to 3.2.4:

Warning
Error connecting to the server: 403

Error
Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?op ... d=37&sub=1

The webpage is blank. My joomla version is 3.8.10 Stable. How can I update the extension?

The link loads the installation package. Check the downloads folder, the folder where your browser puts downloaded files in your workstation.

It does not download something. And there is nothing in the folder.

as a paid extension it may check your credentials. see https://www.joomshaper.com/forums
