Plugin for form with calculator for video site

Im considering moving my site [ redacted ] and using Joomla as a CMS. I have a enquiry form on the homepage. I wanted to know if there would be a DIY/ Plugin to create a form where visitors can select items from a checklist and the form would tabulate a cost estimate. (Just front end) and the form lead is sent to the CMS/ email.

to add more features , you may override layouts according to what you require in your website.

I also would like to add, you yourself may develop a plugin under content group and call it in layout front end view , I myself have developed such an extension (component + plugin) for my insurance site, it shall be published here in the immediate future and may be of use for you
