How to get BreezingForms Pro from Admin - Extensions? Topic is solved

Can someone give me a step by step instructions on how to get the latest version of Breezing Forms Pro (paid version) from with the Joomla Admin - Extensions?

Click Install - Install from Web and enter 'breezingforms' into the search bar. Click the product icon and you will get redirected to the developer's site, where you can click the button 'Buy BreezingForms Pro' and continue with the purchase.

If you already have a subscription, you can go directly to the developer's site https://crosstec.org/en/ and login, then select 'My Account' - 'My Downloads' from the menu.

When I go to the site and login I see this
ERROR
No file downloads available. Please login or purchase a file product in order to download.
I have an older version of BF and that version was purchased so why is it not in My Downloads?

Even did the Install From Web but it wants me to Purchase it. The older version I'm running is a paid version. Just need to update to the latest paid version. Guess there's no free update path from previous paid versions?

How long ago did you purchase the subscription and for how many months? Maybe the subscription has expired.

How long ago and when did I purchase it? I don't remember to be honest with you. From the sound of it a paid version has a time limit only good for a certain period of time then it expires so you're stuck with that version or buy a new version.
CrossTec tells me I need to upgrade to fix the issue I'm having but I feel strongly that upgrading won't fix it. There's actually nothing wrong that I can see. Its just finding where some content is. Do you want to see if you can figure it out?

Please describe the issue and attach a screenshot or two to your post. BreezingForms is a popular form generator and many experts at this forum may be able to point you to the right direction.

Have you also tried to post to the Crosstec forum? It can be accessed without a subscription.

You see a water image and wording below it. I need to edit that wording.
Three screen captures are included.
The water image is coming from Hikashop but nothing else.
I've searched the DB for the wording you see but its not in any table.
I also looked at Articles and its not there either.
CrossTec told me to upgrade to the newest version. Upgrading BF won't fix the problem and not necessary. I just need to find the wording.

Here's something else to know. In the Page 1, Page Properties, Intro, Edit the code in there is this
'+item.properties[key]+'
I removed it and dropped in some wording and Saved. Then went back in the Edit box, the code was back that I removed and the wording I added was gone.
Something is very wrong.

One of the people at the company for the site says where is the JCE Editor? We don't use it. Its disabled somewhere but I can't find it. The person thinks that because the Page 1 Edit has this in it '+item.properties[key]+' Its a glitch and if I enable the JCE editor the issue will be gone and I'll be able to see the wording. But I told them that the content isn't what needs to be edited.

The text you want to edit is inside BreezingForms elements and therefore it comes from somewhere in BreezingForms, no doubt.

Agreed and I've looked all over it, but I just can't find it.

My client just bought the newest version and I tried to install it (zip file) but this message comes back.

Hello all
The issue was found and fixed. Incompatibility with more recent versions of Joomla and Breezing Forms. Had to update Breezing Forms to the newest version then it started to work as it once did with the prior version. The issue of installing the new version was because the file I had to run thru Extensions wasn't the correct one. I was uploading the full zip file. The file I had to upload was inside the Extension folder of the main zip file package. So glad its done and over with.
