SP Weather error/bug

Post by vhfmac » Sun Oct 14, 2018 6:37 pm

The SP WEATHER extension from Joomshaper.com uses a Yahoo weather API.
When used on an SSL website, errors are generated because the Yahoo api images are insecure (http).
Now we are unable to use the Google Maps API as google sees the security error. :(
Does anyone know of a way to fix this problem, or recommend a better WX extension?
See attached png error image. Thanks, Mac

Change Layout to flat. This layout uses locally hosted font icons instead of remote images.

Thanks SharkyKZ, Flat does not look very good, but at least SSL works now.
I wonder where the icons are stored. It would be nice to change them to something brighter. Cheers, Mac
