Cookies Policy Banner - Module?

Greetings.

I'm having a client that wants to add a "Cookies Policy Banner" on his website.
As far as i got understood such banner function is to comply to GDPR policies in Europe.

The thing is I don't know where to start, to set that element up so it can be show once for visit to the visitor. I don't know if that can be done through module or plugin, so i need some guidance in order to find the module / plugin that do the job or at least point in some direction to find it since i'm not sure what so search specifically in Extensions Directory.

I appreciate your help.

If the user wants simple banner for Cookie(s) Policy then there are several extension that can achieve that. Review of the extensions at https://extensions.joomla.org/category/ ... e-control/ would be of help. For example, the extension EasyCookieInfo (https://extensions.joomla.org/extension ... ookieinfo/) may fulfill your client's need.

Also, you could review extensions at https://extensions.joomla.org/extension ... rfilters=1.

If the user wants to record the consent of the user to use cookies, then the Privacy Suite in Joomla! 3.9 would be of help. Review of the document https://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Privacy would be of help.
