Yes, at present, in Joomla, there are no extensions that use DeepL API. If needed, you have to create an extension to use DeepL API for the translation.

You have to decide whether you have to build an extension such as GTranslate (https://extensions.joomla.org/extension ... translate/) that uses Google Translator. With this kind of extension the content can be in just one language and the user can choose in which language they want to see the site. The translation is done dynamically on the fly. Similar extensions can be found at https://extensions.joomla.org/category/ ... nslations/.

Alternatively, you could build a site with multilingual contents (ie content in multiple languages). For this you could review extensions such as Speedy Translate (https://extensions.joomla.org/extension ... translate/) that help you to translate the content in one language to another language and store the translated content. Similar extensions could be found at https://extensions.joomla.org/category/ ... l-content/.

Another approach would be to create a content and use the DeepL offline translator to translate the content and copy it in Joomla!

Note:
I just noticed that DeepL supports only European languages.
