Searching for a Calendar Extension

What I’m looking for is a calendar extension that can import an ical feed, filter it, and have multiple categories displayed on its calendar. I don’t mind doing some leg work so it doesn’t need to be fully automated. We have 3 different buildings that host events. When booking, you can choose the location and 7 different meeting types. You can export to an ical feed based on location but not meeting type. Basically what I want is for an extension to import the ical feed based on its location, and present the 7 different types in various colors or something to make them show that they are different types. It would be great if you could filter the calendars by type. What would be the most effect way to achieve this? I do have access to the booking software’s API so I’m sure we could build an iframe or something that displays the info how we want it to; however, if there is a calendar extension that will ease the process I’d rather go that route. Any advice is appreciated!!

Set up a remote calendar and give the URL to the ical file.

Our plugin:

https://extensions.joomla.org/extension ... ar-system/

Can be configured to periodically import data from a remote source (iCal, CSV, XML). It supports event coloring, and we have a check-off filter widget that you can use to let people filter the calendar view based on type of event.

You can insert calendars either by location, or by type of event.
