I need help on using this module.
I want to have some small payment for reading or downloading some .pdf of magazine form my website
I did button for payment but I don't know how to disable access to those files before payment.
Maybe there are some tutorials about it?

Put your pdfs outside of public_html, so they are not reachable by direct url.

Ok, If to put pdf outside of public_html how to get link to download?

I don't understand how it works. Never did some shop.
Visitor pay and than they should be able to get link to download. Or I should manually give them link by email to hidden directory?

That's handled by the download extension.
