ContentUploader component is stripping HTML

Post by charleyhankins » Wed May 13, 2020 4:26 pm

I have just completed a brand new install of Joomla 3.9.18.

I have installed ContentUploader component.

I have no wysiwyg editor selected for SuperUser, and using straight HTML in the content section of the component.

Text Filters are set to "No Filtering."

Just for grins, I have done this on two separate servers - InMotionHosting and GoDaddy.

I have been in contact with the developer who has since stopped returning my emails.

I cannot keep this component from stripping the HTML.

Any Sherlock Holmes types out there who might be able to save my bacon on this one?

Thanks,
Charley

Are you using the latest version of this component? Which version is it, Free or Pro?

Hi. Yes, I'm using the latest version of the free component.

Our institution will happily buy the paid version if I can demonstrate that it will accomplish our task.

Thanks!

Thanks very much, Toivo.

Anybody else have any ideas? If not, I'm about to created and manually edit a few hundred pages.

Thanks,
CH

Got it! I loaded an earlier version of the component (3.0.0) and it is working now.

Thanks to any of you working on this.

Thanks, Toivo!
