Hikashop and payment plugin

Post by TotalLost » Wed Apr 28, 2021 8:06 am

I have downloadet Hikashop and this plugin
https://learn.quickpay.net/helpdesk/da/ ... /hikashop/ for quickpay payment
However, the plugin will not upload, I get this error

Warning
JInstaller: :Installation: cannot fint XML setup file.
Error
Cannot detekt manifestfile.
I have talked to support for my domain, but they tell me I have plenty of space left and everything looks correct, I can upload files, larger ones too.
Does anyone know what I do to correct this error and continue with my project?

Thankyou so much for taking your time reading this

As it's a free extension can you try the "Install from Web" method?

Refer also to https://extensions.joomla.org/support/k ... xtensions/

I just downloaded that Module and found an XML file in the ZIP file under folder ..\hikashop_270820.zip\plugins\hikashoppayment\quickpay\quickpay.xml. I don't know if its the one that is mentioned in your error message.

Make sure your /tmp file is writable.

If you can post the FPA report (see the red box, top of screen), that would be useful. It can tell us more about your Joomla system and hosting environment and possibly identify something the host support missed. https://forumpostassistant.github.io/docs/
