Does anyone know of an extension to share articles and even menu items between Joomla sites?
I maintain a number of sites using Joomla and many of them could usefully share the same article and even menu item and it would be great not to have to create and post the same article to each of them individually.

You don't need any extension and you don't need to duplicate the article....You can create a menu item link in each site to the respective site's article(s). Just note the URL's of the article(s) you want to link to, then make the menu item(s) in the other site(s), as an "external URL" menu type(s).
