this is my first post here. Trying to provide all necessary information:

My (basically fine running) Joomla installation is throwing the above mentioned error message since I updated Helix Ultimate (shaper_helixultimate) to v1.1.4 and SP page builder to v3.7.11 this afternoon.

Sure, and I did search two hours in the net for this issue, but no results. The post in the JoomShaper forum came much later than my post here. And of course I did try their "solution" (re-installing SP Page Builder as well as helix ultimate template) before posting here. It does not solve the problem.

Thanks for your advice. Any other solutions than waiting for the fix from JoomShaper? Unfortunately I also cannot find the old versions (1.1.3 for Helix Ultimate, 3.7.10 for SP Page Builder) anywhere. :-(

I found version 3.7.9 Lite & after install - works fine. Version 3.7.11 Lite not work.

Pls create a support ticket at Joomshaper or ask Joomshaper community support for both SP Pagebuilder & Helix Ultimates Facebook support pages.

This issues coming from a Joomla 3pds extensions developer Joomshaper and not Joomla.

Joomshaper have 4 different support options for this issue...

Solution: now I got SP Page Builder Lite 3.7.10 (3.7.11 is somehow broken for some sites) via the support via chat on JoomShapers website. Unfortunately they do not provide older versions via their download section ...
Installed 3.7.10 again (after uninstallation of 3.7.11) and everything is working fine again. Thanks for your contributions!
