Appointment Booking Extension

I'm looking for an appointment booking extension that allows the user to select the start and end time of a service.
There are plenty of extensions that have set timeslots to choose from, but this is for disability support shifts which may range from 3 hours to overnight and anything in between rather than set time periods.

For example:
User wants to book support on Sept 20th from 10am to 4pm. Support worker has a set hourly rate and the extension books and schedules the shift, generates and record of the transaction, works out the cost based on the hourly rate and notifies the customer.

Sounds straight forward, but I can't find anything that meets those requirements. This is for Joomla 3x

Any suggestions?

as option rate, you can set from item option or need to do some modify.
