backend or frontend complete management of k2 items filtered by user

I have been trying to solve this problem for days without success.
I'm looking for a way for users to access their backend area (or even front-and that's okay!) For managing k2 items WITHOUT seeing those of other users. When the user logs in he must be able to manage his k2 items (insertion, search, copy, modification and change of status of an item) without being able to modify the categories or other parameters. And above all without being able to see any information of other users.
Could anyone help me?
