Transform website from IIS to Apache server

Hi All,
Please , I need the steps to transform the completly site from IIS server to Apache server .
I was take the akeeba backup for this site and try to install in Apache host server but the DB installation step objected for some reasons like ( the user of DB have not a permissions ) ..

Anybody can help me ??

The only difference is that IIS uses web.config and apache uses .htaccess file which is the renamed htaccess.txt

Give the database user permissions to the database before running kickstart.
