localhost joomla website to bluehost

Hello I super new at this hosting things, what should I do first?

Install joomla in bluehost?
But what about my website in the local host, will I upload this after installing joomla?

You can use the Joomla component Akeeba Backup to create a backup (files + database) of your local site,
and use Akeeba kickstart to install it at the server (in your case bluehost).
