Authentication SHA-256 Not working

I have installed MySQL Server Community edition with the option of Strong Password Encryption for Authentication and when connecting Navicat with the options:
caching_sha2_password
sha2_password

Error
Cannot connect to the database. Connector number returned: Could not connect to MySQL server.

When entering the data, I cannot connect to the database. I don't know if Joomla has compatibility with this type of connections or not, adjust some manual configuration.

Is there any solution to solve this?

You are right about Joomla not be able to work with MySQL 8 in combination with sha256_password.
