ACL! Giving specific permission

I'm new to Joomla ACL. I am looking to give a user specific permissions. I need them to be able to login to the backend and do the following:

1. Edit/delete/publish only articles created by them
2. Edit/delete/publish only articles in a specific category
3. Edit certain modules
4. Not have access to any admin sections like, users, global config, installation, etc

Only have access to articles, modules, menus.
