ACL - Editor not to edit published item

Dear All,

Is there possible to edit Editor ACL (or create a sub ACL under Editor) to restrict Editor in editor published articles?

Is that possible for our to mix use of 'Edit' and 'Edit State'?

Go to Extensions > Plugins
Enter tinymce in the filter search field
Click the name Editor - TinyMCE

Make the changes to each editor set as desired
