Hi there,
I have a number of articles that are published but pending. When browsing the site as only a public user or registered user I only see currently published items, but when I log into the site with my administrator password I see all articles...unpublished...archived...pending...everything. I would rather see the site without all those items regardless of which account I am signed in with...please help.?

That's standard Joomla behaviour, and it sucks. It's not that easy to fix without hacking the core, which I don't like doing, but I've resorted to doing that before.
